Five-axis grinding machine grinding tool process  
1. Clamping The bar blank is loaded into the hydraulic tool shank and locked to ensure that the bar fits the datum surface of the barrel clamp.
2.Measurement of runout Probe to detect the radial/axial runout of the bar (≤0.003mm), and automatically compensate for overshooting.
3. Change the grinding wheel set Switch the rough grinding wheel.
4.Rough grinding Grind the groove with parallel grinding wheel, cooling oil flushing to remove the residue.
5. Semi-fine grinding Grind the first and second rear angles with angle and fillet grinding wheels, and do end tooth grinding.
6. Fine grinding Use bowl-shaped grinding wheel to grind the cutting edge and end teeth.
7. End Inspection All dimensions of the tool are measured on-line by laser tool measurements. (R-value of the cutting edge/front angle/back angle/length/rounding).
